Once a provisional booking form has been received this will be logged and Northumbria Byways will contact you during office hours to provide you with a booking reference number which will confirm the booking and a deposit of 1/3 will be charged unless the booking is within 6 weeks of the arrival date in which case full payment will be taken.

Cancellation Insurance
Please be aware that you are liable for the full amount of this holiday should you need to cancel.
