Holiday Cottage Pricing 2012
NOTES:
SHORT BREAKS - All Short Breaks (minimum 3 nights) are charged at two-thirds of the weekly price.
EXTRA NIGHTS - Are charged at 15% of the weekly price.
ALL SHORT BREAKS - Can only be booked with owners consent.
PREMIUM SHORT BREAKS - (marked thus *) can only be booked very near to holiday start date with owners consent.
Christmas and New year for 2012 will probably be from Friday 21st or Saturday 22nd December and Friday 28th or Saturday 29th Dec
Off peak reductions are between 1st November 2011 and 23rd March 2012 and only with the consent of the owner (excluding Christmas, New Year and School Holidays).
Some cottages have a minimum weekly price which will be indicated on the individual cottage descriptions.
