Holiday Cottage Description

Situated in Belford above The Well House Coffee Shop this quaint apartment is within a few minutes drive of the Heritage Coast and the major attractions of the area such as Lindisfarne, Bamburgh with its majestic castle and the bustling harbour of Seahouses. The pleasant village of Belford nestles on the edge of the Kyloe hills and offers several pubs, a hotel and a good range of shops and amenities. The historic towns of Berwick and Alnwick are 14 miles north and south respectively. The Cheviot Hills provide excellent walking and the Border region, with its many stately homes and abbeys can be reached within 20 minutes by car. This coastline has many conservation sites including the sand and mud flats around Lindisfarne and Budle Bay. Up to 50,000 waterfowl may congregate on the flats making it a top location for bird watching. Many activities catered for including golf, walking, angling and horse riding close by.
