Centrally located this apartment is located in a Georgian building within two minutes walk of Alnwick town centre. This Historic mediaeval market town is dominated by many stone buildings, cobbled streets and narrow alleys and is home to Barter Books, England’s largest second hand book shop. Alnwick’s magnificent castle was transformed into Hogwort's School when it featured in the Harry Potter films. The extraordinary Alnwick Garden has developed and grown around the fascinating centrepiece, the Grand Cascade, the largest water feature in the country. To the east, the closest point of the Heritage Coast is Alnmouth, 4 miles away, from where the coastal route north offers superb scenery with sparkling clear water, miles of clean sandy beaches, rocky coves and tiny fishing villages. A short 20 minute drive west along quiet country roads takes you to the Cheviot Hills with breathtaking views, footpaths and bridleways. Cycle route and excellent golf nearby.
