If you have received an email asking you to complete payment before the 2nd November, you may need to contact our friendly team to get your updated customer and booking references. Don't worry, your bookings won't have changed! If the email was received on the 2nd November or onwards, it should already include your updated customer and booking references, which you will need to use to register an account.
