Loved our second stay just as much as the first. Different holiday due to wet weather but with log burner and monopoly it kept us and 2 kids going! Such a perfect spot in Beadnell village near beach, pub, shop and cafe. Comfy beds, good showers, spotlessly clean and a kitchen better than my own! I reckon we could be on for a hatrick stay at Alexandra Cottage! P.s the outside space would be ideal for reading your book with a coffee in the sun. If the sun put in an appearance!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alexandra Cottage. The house has everything you need and more. Great place for kids to stay, lots of toys available. Excellent location, easy to walk to the beach, play area and pubs.

As good as we had expected and more! Clean, lovely furnishings, and fantastic view. Glad we could contact you when we were a bit worried about water on the road - it seems that it had come from around the corner. We would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family. We also enjoyed Howick Hall, both the gardens and the tea-room. We tended to eat in a lot, bringing seafood back from Seahouses. Also visited OneCoffee1 in Seahouses twice - lovely!

We have had a very relaxing 2 weeks in this lovely cottage. We would recommend Corbridge for a lovely small village to spend an afternoon. We loved seeing Twelfth Night at Bamburgh Castle too. The walks from here to Low Newton and from here to Bamburgh were fantastic.

Alexandra Cottage was everything we wanted for a restful break in Northumberland. The view is lovely, the rooms are excellent, plus the freeview and internet great. We’ve been to Beadnell many times and this is the best cottage we have stayed in – like the upside down living! A great week in this really well thought out, comfy cottage…we’ll definitely be back

Fantastic Cottage! Couldn't beat the location, lovely and quiet and handy for the beach. The cottage is very well equipped. There was everything we could have needed and more! The kitchen is better equipped than our own (!) and the range of toys was brilliant for keeping our toddler occupied. Also made use of the books and DVDs Very comfy bed, which is rare, as is such a good shower - very hard to find!! Everything lovely and clean Would love to come back!

A big "thank you" for providing a very clean and well equipped house. Had brought lots of extras I thought we'd need to no avail! We enjoyed visiting the area for the second time, the Hearthope Valley being one of our favourite birding areas and a wonderful place to unwind.

A lovely cosy comfortable cottage, thank you. Great shower! Great meal at the Joiners Arms Favourite area and we will be back.
