Description
Bede Cottage is one of three charming terraced stone built cottages situated in the peaceful Chatton, near Wooler, in the heart of the beautiful and unspoilt North Northumbrian countryside. The interior of the cottage is well equipped and comfortable, a perfect retreat to return to after a day walking in the nearby Cheviot Hills or exploring the many castles and golden sandy beaches along the Heritage coastline. To the rear of the cottage the enclosed garden with decking has uninterrupted views to the east across undulating farmland towards the Kyloe Hills. Large grass area to the front. The coast at Bamburgh and Holy Island is a short 15 minute drive. The popular St. Cuthbert's Way long distance footpath passes close by the cottage and ends at Holy Island.
