Description
Cosy country cottage situated along a quiet lane just outside the centre of Lowick village, within walking distance to two pubs with restaurants, and village shop. The cottage offers good quality accommodation for up to 4 people at ground floor level (there is an additional facility upstairs for children/teenagers in a snug attic room at additional charge). Easy road access to A1, Holy Island and the Coast. Locally good walking area from the cottage. Property accepts dogs, has wi-fi and log burning stove, and an enclosed westerly facing courtyard.

Upstairs (which are narrow and steep), is an attic room, which has many uses - a quiet area to read, a games room, a music room - the owner has left his guitar there for guests to use. There is also a low level double bed in this room, which could be used youngsters (additional charge for bedding).

Coombs Cottage welcomes well behaved dogs (up to 2) @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. When you book you will be asked to provide some information about your pet which will aide the owner in ensuring that the property is set up to welcome them.
A bit of K9 etiquette should be observed during your stay:-
- Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless crated - crates can be hired)
- Your pet should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture
- On booking for your pet, you are confirming that it is fully up to date on its flea treatment.

- Up to 2 well behaved medium size dogs are welcome @ £25.00 per pet per week or part thereof.
- Whilst the property is predominantly ground floor, there are some interior changes of level. The staircase to the attic room is narrow and steep
- Parking is off road in front of the cottage for 2 vehicles
- 7 night bookings run Friday to Friday. Short breaks 1st November to Easter, Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday. Short breaks may be considered at other times of the if the property remains available 30 days before arrival.
