Island View is a charming property located in Spittal just a stone’s throw from the historic market town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. As name suggests, the property boasts some fantastic views. Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island Castle and the Farne Islands are to the south and Berwick Pier and the lighthouse to the North. Just a short walk from the property is a wonderful seaside promenade and a beach with golden sands. The property is spacious, and can accommodate up to 6 guests over four bedrooms and has a great patio area with table and seating along with a secluded garden for those sunny days to enjoy a self-catering holiday in Northumberland.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor is a large kitchen with a breakfast table, a spacious dining room with views of the coast and a living room with access to the patio. There's also a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and a wash basin. Outside there's a garage for storage of bikes, golf clubs etc.

First Floor

Guests have use of a double bedroom with built in wardrobe, drawers and brilliant views of the Northumbrian coast. There's also a twin bedroom with wardrobe and storage drawers, a single bedroom with views out to sea and another single bedroom with ample storage.
