Description
Beach View is located within Spittal, a small seaside cottage in the heart of Northumberland. It's less than two miles from the historic market town of Berwick-upon-Tweed which lies on the opposite side of the river mouth.
This newly renovated property has been equipped to a high standard and is completed with spectacular views out over the sea towards Bamburgh, Holy Island, and Berwick.
A short stroll takes you to Spittal promenade where you can wander along the miles of sandy beach and admire the wonderful cross river views of Berwick. Beach View is a spacious ground floor apartment with easy disabled access and facilities.
Ground Floor
Guests will be welcomed by an open kitchen, dining area and living room with access to patio and garden. There's a double bedroom with built in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a second twin bedroom with en-suite wet room. You'll also have access to the garden where there is outdoor furniture you can use and enjoy the countryside.
