Beadnell House, previously a hotel, has been tastefully converted into five exclusive apartments.
Taylors is situated on the 1st floor overlooking the garden and Church, has 2 designated car parking spaces within the grounds, is centrally heated, and exudes the qualities of this beautiful building. Now has wi-fi throughout.
This apartment can be rented individually or a group of up to 9 can rent Taylors and the Penthouse together.
For the 9th year running, Taylors has achieved the highest accolade from Visit Britain, being assessed to 5* Gold Award standard. The apartment sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms and accepts children. 1 well behaved pet welcome by arrangement.

Beadnell has a choice of village pubs, hotel and restaurant, and shop, so no need to drive for an evening out!

A boat trip to the Farne Islands from Seahouses Harbour, just a mile or so north, is a must for anyone interested in birds and castles abound both north and south. In Beadnell you will find beaches in both directions and a small harbour - popular with divers and sailors. A haven for both young and old.

Bringing Your Dog on Holiday to Taylors Apartment

Taylors Apartment welcomes well behaved dogs (up to 2) @ £25 per dog per week or part thereof. When you book you will be asked to provide some information about your pet which will aide the owner in ensuring that the property is set up to welcome them.

A bit of K9 etiquette should be observed during your stay:-

  • Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless crated - crates can be hired)
  • Your pet should not be allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture
  • On booking for your pet, you are confirming that it is fully up to date on its flea treatment.

Notes and Conditions:

The area of Beadnell in Northumberland is very beautiful and unspoilt. There are lots of walks and beaches on your doorstep. We loved this apartment the first time we stayed and loved it just as much this time. All the little personal touches make it special. Keep recommendng it to others, but to be honest they have found it a bit pricey, and looked elsewhere. The apartment was beautiful and a very comfortable size for the 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child). It had all the mod cons (except wifi, which was a welcome break) and a lot of space so we made it feel like home for a week. It is located right in the 'hub' of Beadnell, close to two great pubs and a lively cafe and also a short walk to the coast with many options for exploring without have to venture too far afield. Could not recommend a visit any more and would definitely go back for a third year running. - 10th January 2017
Spent an excellent week with family and dogs. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Located centrally in beadnall next to the Craster arms and the excellent salt water cafe. 5 mins walk to the shop and beach. Just perfect. Very pleased with the accommodation and for my wife and myself it is in a very good location. Only 10-15 minutes walk to Beadnell Bay, perhaps a bit longer with young children in tow. The outlook from the apartment is light and airy and we especially liked sitting on the sofa in Bedroom 1 to watch the sunsets and having the early morning sunshine in the Lounge for breakfast. - 12th October 2016

This was I think our fifth stay at this lovely apartment. Regular visitors to Northumberland we choose Taylor's first if possible as it's so nice. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable we have never been less than delighted with our stay and would highly recommend. - 5th September 2014
A lovely stay with lots of good points, those little extras that made life easy, i.e. Welcome milk, butter etc. kitchen roll and cling film just to mention a few. The following notes are for your awareness and maybe improvement not a complaint, as the good far outweighed any negatives. My only minus points were: 1) oil put in the top lock of the front door on our second day (we presume it was done because it was a bit stiff). This coated the key and made a mess my hands the following three times we used the front door. 2) no soap tray in the shower, everything had to be put on the floor of the cubicle whilst showering. 3) toothbrush older would have been nice. I have already recommended this property to three people and look forward to a return trip in a couple of years. - 28th May 2014

Taylors is a 1st floor 2 bedroomed apartment in Beadnell House. It is approached from the road
down a gravelled drive and accessed through the main front door of the House. Car Parking is
designated in the grounds - 2 spaces per property. There is a 3cm thresh up to the front door, an
inner door opening to the right into the communal hall, the main staircase has three flights of stairs
up to the fire door opening outwards to the right, the apartment front door is on the left of the fire
lobby. Once inside the apartment everything is on one level, there are no steps or threshes

area is level.
Main Entrance & Reception
• The main entrance is the front door. The key for this door is located in the key safe to the right
of the door, you will receive the code with your directions.
• There is PIR operated lighting in the grounds.
• The front door is has a thresh of 3cm through a door 120cm x 210cm, The keyhole is 141cm
high. The key must be turned to the right and the lower handle turned as well.
• The front door opens into the hall area and is hinged on the left. The flooring is coir matting

• The kitchen is off the lounge the floor is tiled. Fire blanket at 84cm high, at the end of the kitchen island unit.
• The work surface is granite and 92cm high and 60cm deep. The sink and electric hob are
also at 92cm high.
• Above the hob is an extractor unit which operates by controls at the front, there are wall cupboards as well as under bench cupboards and drawers.
• The water heater is in the upper cupboard to the left of the sink.
• A microwave is also available on the work bench to the right of the hob.
