Byron House is a well-located holiday home situated in the popular coastal fishing town of Amble, locally known as the ‘friendliest port’. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this stone built mid terraced holiday home offers light and spacious accommodation. Perfect for families who wish to explore the nearby harbour, beach, shops and cafes on foot.

Enjoy walks towards pretty beach huts, a small sandy beach, and along the harbour with views towards Coquet Island or stroll along to the year round Sunday market by the harbour.  The historic village of Warkworth is a mile away, with its magnificent castle, sandy beach, and picturesque river walks. It is a few minutes’ drive, or you can enjoy a leisurely walk from Amble via the Coastal Path, taking you past the river Coquet.  Shop: 130 yards Pub: 0.2 miles Coast 0.3 miles  

Accommodation is a three-bedroom mid terrace set over two floors.

Entrance lobby

Lounge with comfortable seating, smart TV, DVD player, USB sockets and feature electric fireplace.

Kitchen/Diner with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and cafetiere. Dining table and chairs.

First floor

Bedroom 1 with King size bed, dressing table, side tables, clothing rail and hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 with smaller size 4ft double bed, drawers, side tables and hairdryer.

Bedroom 3 with single bed, hanging space and side table.

Bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC, and hand basin.

Outside space: small seating area within enclosed rear yard. Please note the yard has shared access with the neighbouring property.

Heating gas central heating with electric feature fireplace.

Pets 2 dogs welcome @ £25 per pet per week or part thereof. We kindly ask that pets are not left in the property unattended or allowed on any furniture.

Other bed linen and towels included. Wifi is free of charge and unlimited. Mobile phone reception – good. This is a non-smoking property.
