Beatrice Cottage is a beautiful two storey cottage in Warkworth. The cottage is one of four traditional Northumbrian cottages set within a peaceful courtyard garden. Tucked away through a pedestrian archway, only 100 yards from the banks of the River Coquet. The cottage has stunning views of Warkworth Castle from the first floor. Recently renovated, this cottage provides a luxurious home away from home for up to 3 guests.

There are some lovely riverside walks from the doorstep of the cottage and Warkworth Beach with miles of golden sands is only a 10 minute walk away. Explore historic Warkworth Castle or the many shops, cafes and pubs in Warkworth village. Shop: 0.2 miles. Pub: 0.2 miles.

Accommodation over two floors:
Ground floor:
Lounge  with relaxing coastal decor, comfortable seating, traditional inglenook fireplace and log burning stove. Flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, complimentary Netflix and built-in DVD player. The lounge has two large windows with views of the colourful courtyard garden to the front of the property and the secluded yard garden to the rear. 
Open plan kitchen/diner with farmhouse style dining table, electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer, Tassimo coffee machine and slimline dishwasher.
WC with wash basin.

First floor:
Bedroom 1 with double bed, ample storage, views of Warkworth Castle. Luxurious en suite bathroom with natural stone tiles, freestanding soak bath, shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2  with single bed and views of the river Coquet and Amble Marina in the distance. En suite shower room with natural stone tiles, walk in drench shower, WC and washbasin.
Garden:  Fenced, pebbled and planted rear yard garden, with wooden table and seating perfect for alfresco dining. To the front of the cottage is the planted courtyard garden. Each of the four cottages set in the shared courtyard have their own piece of garden to enjoy.
Parking:  Free bay parking approximately 150 yards from the cottage and free on street parking directly outside the pedestrian archway that leads to Beatrice Cottage.
Heating:  Gas central heating.
Also provided:  Unlimited  WiFi. Bed linen and towels. Complimentary starter supply of logs, kindling and firelighters. Wine, milk and flowers on arrival. Hairdryer. Disposable BBQ available upon prior request.
