Description

Seal Bay forms part of Waren Mill, an attractively converted mill located on the edge of Budle Bay. Whether or not you are interested in ornithology you will be captivated by the panoramic views from the first and second floor windows out to sea. The view changes daily depending on the weather and the tides. The bay is an important bird sanctuary, and particularly in winter, thousands of wildfowl and wading seabirds spend their time on the mud flats at low tide. In the distance, across the bay lies the island of Holy Island also known as Lindisfarne. The island can only be reached at low tide across a causeway. A staggering number of visitors travel to Holy Island every year not only for religious reasons but for the wonderful wildlife and tranquillity of this extraordinary place. There is an invigorating walk, especially at low tide along the edge of a golden sandy beach towards Bamburgh with the magnificent castle as the backdrop. The colourful village of Seahouses is about 5 miles, where you will find a wide range of shops, pubs, cafes, tourist information and boat trips out to the Farne Islands. Golf, fishing, walking, cycling and sailing available locally.

Ground floor - Cosy lounge with contemporary styled electric fire,  large flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD player and Xbox console. 

Utility cupboard with washer/dryer. 

Cloak room with WC and sink.  Hanging space for coats and storage for boots in utility area with underfloor heating.

First floor - Dining room with flat screen TV and window seat to sit and watch the seabirds across Budle Bay towards Holy Island. 

Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Second floor - Bedroom 1 - Double bed and amazing views across the bay.

Bedroom 2 - Twin beds. 

Bathroom with over bath shower.
