Description

This large recently constructed detached house stands on the outskirts of the coastal village of Beadnell. It offers well presented quality accommodation perfect for a family holiday by the sea. The completely enclosed garden is a safe environment for children to play in and it is within a 5 minute walk from a wonderful golden sandy beach. Beadnell is a wonderful village for a holiday base because apart from the vast expanse of sand, the other side of the bay has rock pools for children and the young at heart to explore. It is a centre for scuba diving, wind surfing and sailing. Nearby are the magnificent castles of Bamburgh, Dunstanburgh and Alnwick with stunning beach and countryside walks. The vibrant village of Seahouses is a 5 minute drive with a good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. The busy harbour is a hive of activity in the summer months with boats taking visitors out to the Farne Islands to see the Grey Seal colony and a huge selection of seabirds including the comical puffins, cormorants and guillemots. Fishing, walking, water sports, horse riding and several golf courses all nearby.
